We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every Elyvlon purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products may be accepted on a case‑by‑case basis – please contact us.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at returns@elyvlon.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please let us know when you request your return – we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
